The Inside Strategic Account Management © programme provides an innovative and original framework that deals with building and managing relationships with key clients and customers in a way that is linked to the goal of the business. On the course, delegates learn how to manage complex interactions to enable them to pro-actively build the relationship.
Delegates will be provided with a simple, but comprehensive map, based upon sound underpinning theory.
